Feel life fully   Moment to moment life.  One moment please.  That’s life.  This one very moment that you’ll never ever have ever again   This one breath is it, one full life. One full breath.  Never ever take life (the one breath) for granted.  Never take take take ( do whatever it takes….) as you’ll completely miss The Point. This breath. One infinite breath.  Then the next. Then the next. Then the next.  So don’t be too quick to admonish The noise.  Notice it. See it for what it is.  Don’t be hasty in rejecting these mind attached labels .  Accept that your mind attaches; it will label and attach and categorise, maybe even a mind unconsciously yessing to “keep the peace” or avoid a challenge. Quality Seeks Depth .  Vanity Seeks Attention . In an age obsessed with visibility , many people have confused attention with value . Followers become mistaken for friendships.  Validation becomes mistaken for respect.  Attraction becomes mistaken for connection.  The result is a culture where quantity is celebrated while quality is often buried beneath the noise. Vanity measures success through numbers.  Vanity is a floodlight that illuminates everything while revealing very little.  Vanity attracts crowds, admirers, critics, opportunists, and curiosity alike.  But a floodlight cannot discern between those who value you and those who merely consume you.  The brighter it shines, the larger the crowd becomes.  Yet being surrounded, seeking attention, being loud is not the same as being known.
