They are unable to acknowledge an expansive more inclusive humanity, so they ignorantly stay stuck, staid and cloistered within a limited range. Mind Attached to beliefs, mind attached to limiting creeds, mostly benignly mind attached to limiting philosophical none sense. 

They can't separate mind attachment from free flowing in the moment decision-making.
