Mindfulness is the aware, balanced acceptance of the present experience.

It isn’t more complicated than that. 

Mindful Awareness is opening to or receiving the present moment, pleasant or unpleasant, just as it is, without either clinging to it or rejecting it.

Mindful acceptance of life is the simple present moment realisation of pattern conditioning.

Including any remaining limiting beliefs; mind attachment to religious vacuity, mind attachment to inter generational limitations,  family of origin limitations or social limitations such as inherited mind attachments, lack of discerning boundaries,  people pleasing, perfectionism and procrastination

Stand for something or you may find yourself falling for (or hooking up with…)anything.  

Living a grace full life is simply letting each present moment be exactly as it is, one moment to each fresh moment. 


Remove your true natured self, sooner not later, from any energy that is perpetually argumentative, misaligned or patently and repeatedly dramatic, chaotic or limiting.
