Pattern Disruption, So Move On Up! Shake That Energy Booty, Baby!

everything we need is already inside us just waiting to be moved


We’re not stuck. Unless we choose to believe. 
We’re not broken. Unless we believe that story. 
There is nothing “wrong” with us. Unless we listen to others, before The self. 

In all honesty, and THAT acceptance can be a hard truth, we’re addicted to our own patterns. Our patterns of thinking, of doing or lack there of. 
We’re addicted to our own suffering. 
We're addicted to family of origin patterns because "that's the way we've always done it." 
And may find it easier to blame "something out there" for any disconnection from The True Self. 

We’re addicted to how we survived when we didn’t know how else to manage our lives.
We are gunked up and too full of old ways that no longer serves.
Physically, mentally, spiritually or psychologically. 
If we are too full of ancient scripts and habitual patterns, (especially the ones we can't accept as ours yet) we have no space to welcome in the flow of the new.
But, let’s change perspective here. 

When it comes down to it, much of this really is, is old habits. 
And those barnacles hang on HARD. 
Time to get that hull on the slipway and do some letting go, maintenance and cleansing.  
You don’t just let go of unhelpful patterns, you get to replace them with new ones.
Start with one NEW daily habit. 
Start with ONE new daily choice.
Start with small baby steps.
And before you realise those habits, choices and steps becomes a new pattern. 

One that you actually enjoy. 
A lifestyle that is simple, sustainable and really healthy. 
Much like brushing your teeth or having a shower, your new habits will support and nourish. 

Whether it’s your morning coffee, or making the time to read your favourite book for 30 minutes or taking that extra brisk stroll with the fur baby or smashing some weights or getting bendy in yoga or dancing your arse off as if every one is watching. You choose the place, the people and the activity you wanna get habitual with and make sharing quality time a priority with. 

People make change seem like an insurmountable mountain to climb, but the real change comes in little pieces in your daily routine. 

And it’s a Priority of PRACTICE that you choose. 

We are all gifted the same minutes of moments each day. 
It's what we choose to do with them that makes a difference. 
Stop saying "I don't have time" and start saying "It's not a priority" and see how that feels. 

Promise. 
Your True Self. 
As THE Priority.
Healing, Health and Wellness. 
Spiritual and Physical and Mental. 
First. 
Your needs come first. 
And Realise This. 
Slowly. 
Repeat. 
On The Daily. 
Promise THAT to your true Self. 

Promise never to abandon your self, no matter what anyone else may want to do or try to do with your time or energy or peace of mind. 
And realise that simply and graciously and tenderly for yo sweet ass Self. 

That Was Not So Bad Now.
