Merci! And Grace. That's Life As We Know It.
With maturity, time and wisdom, we learn to relax into life with a partner and begin to recognize that the constant need to feel something intense, to have grand experiences or bathe in the energy of romance can actually distract us from being present for the little things.
No partnership is perfect, no partner will ever meet all of your needs, say or do the things you wish they would all the time. Just like you will not be any of those things all of the time either.
Real life can be blissful without a ton of stimulation if we choose to stop feeding the negative energy and start celebrating the small things.
A true partnership often takes a lot of time to develop because there’s work involved - often peeling back many layers of out own expectations and demands before finally arriving to a place of acceptance and reality.
The reality is our partners aren’t meant to be our everything or our entire source of happiness and pleasure.

We have to be responsible for our internal reality just as much.
When both people are operating this way, the relationship naturally strengthens and we see that the imperfection is a gift." by Sheleana Aiyana

"Chop wood, carry water"
Yes, to Sheleana's articulate and erudite sage sharing above.
Sheleana Aiyana IS spot on with her freely offered wise relating advice.
I appreciate and embrace her measured, mature, grown ass tone, more than the actual message.
Yes to these affirming lived life wisdoms which are both heart felt and mind reasoned.
Yes, to celebrating the small things, the simple ordinary of paying attention and listening deeply.
Yes, to relaxing into a more profound relating and accepting both The True Self and The Beloved Other.
Yes to doing the incremental inner work of an increasingly subtle and finely nuanced peeling of layers.
Yes to eventually revealing that "imperfection is indeed a gift" at which we remain committed.
Yes to this full spectrum journey of return and remembrance to our Whole Self.
And then what?
Be Empty, Be still and vast?
Return To A Love of Being Deconditioned?
Then there is No Thing More To Add ... a being of the nebulous infinite?
Or are you already simply the "Be"?
I Am...
(and don't add a thing...resist the temptation to label or the label of temptation)
How old is silence? Really wonder... What was there before silence? Anything? Nothing? No Thing?
How old is
My Messy Purity,
My Ancient Innocence,
My Wild Humility and My Fierce Grace?
But are they "really" mine or are they labels and projections of a still false limited consciousness?
Not perfection?
Not imperfection?
Not real?
so therefore unreal?
Rather, am I Being re integrated re membered re turning with boundaries of my own wholeness?
Returning to who I always was and always will be?
I wonder,
I remain curious,
I would like to dis cover
"Who Am I...?"
I have This.
And so do you.
We Got This.
We All Do.
At our True Core.
This is where the much banged on about "Oneness" sold in your local yoga studio and/or church and/or temple and/or other place of esteemed spiritual (not religious) learning (WTF?)
So what is this One "consciousness" many seem to seek and yet appears challenging to realise?
Can we?
Should we?
Is it worth while even going there?
Not perfection?
Not eternal Bliss?
Not knowing The True Self?
Or is that Next Level (if such a place even exists...)
Maybe some in the "self help Best Selling Sales advice and holistic wellness industry" want you to not know? They are in vested in sales, a common motive to (re) sell you what is already yours?
No answers can be provided here, for that is not my intention or purpose or role or function or desire or need. To tell (or sell or yell at you) for what only YOU can discover for your True Self and then choose to live and believe and realise continually for your Self.
I'm not here to tell or sell or advise or make you believe anything.
That's YOUR job. That's your inner work. If you choose in this life to even go there?
I came to Love You and love will teach you.
Said many pretty fucking awesome already self realised Beings, aha Humans.
I have no vested interest in monetising a brand or floating a business or selling what is already freely yours through simple birth rite. Being born is enough and always is and always was.
Some may add multi layers and masks and veils of complex and convoluted "terms & conditions" after you were created as ONE creature in creation and THAT is the shit that is not the real you.
So let it go. Let go of all that is NOT you. All those layers and veils and masks that are not you. And that is simple, not easy.
This is a gentle invitation to keep committed to self on your journey, trust your Self in the questing, the true Self of diving deeper, the feeling, the peeling, the revealing and healing BACK towards Being The Real you, the unadulterated you, the creative descent towards freeing up more inner space to Be The Presence.
Presence is human awareness and human allowance and Being Self compassion and Being forgiveness in action.
Be Self First then commune in community from this place of surrendered and grounded wholeness.
With this centred self knowledge, this intimate re union with your True Self all now with a wide ranging simple lived experience.
Being Re connected to True Nature.
With Self compassion, self validation, self awareness, self trust and Embodying Truth.
Being connected to The True Self.
Listening to True Nature.
Being gently and kindly and graciously Unfuckwithable.
That's Life as We Know It Jim.
Presence is...
I Am...
Remaining centred in who I Am...
Aligned and kind, open and potent?
Rest, reveal, restore, reflect, rise, repeat?
Pond, pebble, simple, ripple?
Pay The Good Shift forward?
Then
"Chop wood, carry water"
That's It.
And keep smiling gently on the daily at The Great Cosmic Joke.
We Are The Ones We Were Looking For.
Always were, always will be.
(and where were we hiding out...? all this time? Maybe right there at our own feet... choo choo choo)
