Huh?
While it contains examples of experiences that do match my own experience of growth and grounded integration so far, it was also filled with many other people’s somewhat convoluted (woowoo?) "sacred wisdom" to possibly puff it up into something far more grande.
All I could think was Albert Einstein saying how if you can’t explain something simply, or explain it to a six year old, then you don’t yet understand it well enough your self.
If you want a good example, simply go to a pub in a small village and watch the locals.
Simple good men and women most of them.
That woowoo language is all tripe to make life seem like only ‘some people know’ and others don’t.

It lost me with excessive complexity and the sheer woowooishness of the metaphysics and looping unscientific claims.
Sure, each individual is free to try whatever "healing" works best for them, (without harm to self or others of course) but the fantastical claims of some of these frankly dodgy cures by unseen omniscient powers seemed endless. Yes, magic and miracles ARE real, but these were being sold as fool proof, guaranteed and direct from The Hand Of God.
In places, the (medical) healing claims are down right dangerous. The fact many of these radical cures are expensive and may even attract people possibly looking to heal deep wounds or cure terminal diseases or fit into a community again after traumatic or challenging life events.
All I could think was Albert Einstein saying how if you can’t explain something simply, or explain it to a six year old, then you don’t yet understand it well enough your self.
Yep. Keep Life and growth and As Simple and direct as possible.
Masculine men and feminine women are simply natural.

This is human nature that needs no fancy words.

Or fast expensive dubious fixes.
Or even worse, convoluted completely unfounded and dangerous woowoo.
It is simply your TRUE NATURE that may need to be revealed and grounded.

Start talking about "Kundalini Rising" or "moon cups" or "The Chosen Woke Ones" and and they’ll likely think you are trying to sell them some swamp water health drink for those organic moments.
Mention ‘divine masculine’ or "sacred feminine" and they’d probably think you were talking about the tinder harmony hook up bar in the big smoke.
Start talking about "Kundalini Rising" or "moon cups" or "The Chosen Woke Ones" and and they’ll likely think you are trying to sell them some swamp water health drink for those organic moments.

If you survive their justified and sceptical laughter, well done.

The exclusionary wokeness of these ascending and convoluted new cages is both disarming and alarming, if not outright dangerous.
You want to be understood by ANYONE, use real terms like:
-integrity.
-honour.
-respect.
This isn’t a spiritual thing at all
It’s a human thing.
It’s not special.
-integrity.
-honour.
-respect.
-loyalty
-gratitude
and other simple common core values readily found in small town communities.
These are the foundational glue that strengthens not the out there somewhere woo woo that sells.

And grounded deeply in the here and now.
The Present. Be Present. Here. Now.
Without addictions to stimulants, especially caffeine, tobacco, scripted drugs or alcohol.

Without the woowoo, without the toxins, without the bullshit.
