No one has yet done yoga. No one can do yoga. Why Is It So?

"Eventually everything new age has to yield it’s place to the ageless ATMA - Self.

No one has yet done yoga. No one can do yoga.

Sound strange?

Like you can’t DO YOURSELF you can only BE YOURSELF.

Trying to do yoga, all you’re doing is trying to perfect what is already perfect.

Trying to be a better version of your Self.

If you ALREADY ARE PERFECT, how successful are you going to be?

What we all call yoga and meditation, is a practice that reminds us of the PERFECT ONENESS (yoga) and PURE POTENTIALITY that is ALREADY EFFORTLESSLY PRESENT AS YOURSELF.

But here’s the problem.

That we all still don’t know ourselves is the problem.

Yoga is simply the reminder.

FOR SELF TO BE UNDERSTOOD IT NEEDS TO BE STUDIED.

Practices like yoga and meditation can be helpful.
(As a daily reminder. Or a physical work out. Both Relatively Awesome!)

But no matter how helpful a practice is, a meditation and yoga practice can only remind you that you EXIST.

Thus unless we study the Self, what we all are ALREADY EFFORTLESSLY - PERFECTLY PRESENT - NOT KNOWING WHAT IS PRESENT or the MEANING OF PRESENCE, our ignorance keeps making us ABSENT.

Therefore Self-knowledge is critical.

It is in the knowledge of Self that we all become mindful and present.

Because everything has an answer.

So the question of ourselves too has an answer.

Answering the question of the QUESTIONER - THE SELF - has always been the key to all yoga, spirituality and religious study.

If you want answers but can do without all the ritual ascetics and religious and spiritual athletics, (and also don’t want to wade through a lifetime of learning SANSKRIT ΰ€Έंΰ€Έ्ΰ€•ृΰ€€), join our annual Self-knowledge online courses and our weekly UPASANA meditations"
