That’s your body reading the room before your mind has time to explain it away. We were taught to dismiss it. To override it with logic, politeness, guilt, or self-doubt . We were taught to question ourselves before we question the energy we’re standing in . But your body was never meant to ignore the truth just to keep everyone else comfortable. That tightness… that heaviness… that sudden unease… it’s not always anxiety . Sometimes it’s awareness . And the more you heal, the clearer that signal gets. You start noticing who drains you. Who calms you. Who feels safe. Who feels off. Not because you’re judging them… but because your body is finally allowed to tell the truth. Start trusting the signal. Your body doesn’t lie...
