JOY ATTRACTS JOY

Developing sensitivity is a slowing down.  When we slow down, we intentionally enter into an inner silence.  And in this inner silence any core beliefs about ourselves that are not aligned to this silence or wholeness are highlighted. We can finally “hear” what challenges may be there to consciously integrate and welcome home.  Wholeness is not a goal. It returns, if comes home, wholeness arrives when we simply realise, it has always been there, once we are receptive, once we slow down to allow grace to both find us, and enter.  And remaining lighthearted and playful through this remembering, is simply being kindly self compassionate, to your own authentic true nature.  How do you consciously choose to receive challenges?  How do you handle challenges?  What is your why? What motivates? What solutions? What actions? What choices? What priorities? There really is no right or wrong answers. Just your way. Kindly your way.  HOW EMOTIONALLY INTELLIGEN...

When people suddenly switch up and silently leave your life, it’s normal to question the authenticity of the connection to begin with. Especially when your heart has been pure and things have always felt warm and loving.   You must remember, the lack of values , or misaligned values, or misaligned life priorities,  any inconsistency, people pleasing, instability of perfectionism and lack of self awareness or uncertainty in others is nothing to take personally.  Merely Limited?  Maybe?  Mostly Not wrong, Mostly not bad, Mostly not evil, Kindly limited?  Who knows?  Just Let them be.  Accept the information any misalignment or their absence is giving, without turning it into a verdict on your own worth and value. Let people be. Exactly as they are.  Let people show up as they choose.  Release the urge to make it about you. Do not take it to heart and do not take any misalignment personally.  If Respect Feels Like Resistance , there ...

If Not Now, When?

I love people who make others feel seen, heard, valued, supported, and loved.  People with gorgeous hearts, open minds, and gentle souls.  The rare gems who make you feel deeply understood,  give you absolute freedom to be yourself,  and make you feel beautiful just for being YOU. SELF-KNOWLEDGE "Self-knowledge is direct awareness of our inner Self, Atman/Purusha,  which is the source of our consciousness beyond body and mind and mind, birth and death. Without a deeper Self-awareness we will remain trapped in the dualities of the mind  and attachments to the appearances of the outer world,  no matter how sharp the intellect may appear to be.  Our knowledge will be limited to name, form and number,  with ignorance of our Inner Being. Self-knowledge (Atma-Vidya)  is the basis of all eternall knowledge as Vedanta teaches.  But Self-knowledge is not taught in a practical way  in any major educational institution in the world tod...

The greatest of all questions is “Who am I?” The highest form of knowledge is Self-knowledge, in which we come to know our true nature and identity beyond time, space and karma. What is necessary is to know ourselves – to be true to our own inner nature. https://t.co/1gPSNbct9k — Tony Searl (@TonySearl) August 3, 2022 Don’t worry about what i’m doing, worry about why you’re worried about what i’m doing. — Power of Positivity ✨ (@LIVEpositivity) August 3, 2022 by Dr. David Frawley   D.Litt (Pandit Vamadeva Shastri) Director of American Institute of Vedic Studies (www.vedanet.com) .  David is a renowned Yoga, Ayurveda and Jyotish Teacher.  He is also a Padma Bhushan awardee and author of 'Shiva, the Lord of Yoga' and over thirty other books.
