When I learned how to teach myself is when I learned how to claim my power. I started to rise above the bullshit stories I had been telling myself for years about not being good enough, smart enough, worthy enough... And I had help. I had a guide, a mentor who could teach me the ways of the heart, mind, and soul. It wasn’t easy, but it was so worth it. Rootedness is what followed the work.
