If you want to gently grow, be curiously consistent. If you want to be somatically consistent, pay attention. Within. If you want to be self satisfied, do not compare nor attach to external outcomes. If you choose a self satisfied life, know your unwavering core values. Respect them. If you accept an aligned life of realizing the NOT knowing, you will learn. Be discerningly uncomfortable, remain open to learning and rise out of your comfort zone. Consciousness is a moment to moment choice of simply paying attention. Learn, for life. Life may Be ever so simple. If we, "Pay attention. Be astonished. Tell about it". Who am i really? Once i dismiss all that i am not? Ditch all attached programming. Drop all mind attachments.  Rest. Reflect. Pause and Create More Inner Space. Ditch all attached conditions.  Reflect. Get still within. When ready, let it go. Discard all the less than aligned conditional triggers, glimmers and mind attachments. Dismiss all that does not simply resona...

Default to curiosity 3. Fall in love with problems 4. Give now to grow long term 5. Maintain flexible consistency — Anne-Laure Le Cunff (@neuranne) September 17, 2024

"I suspect our ability to ask the unanswerable questions that  Hannah Arendt knew are the heartbeat of civilization is  intimately related to our capacity for dwelling in a particular  state of being beyond the realm of our compulsive doing.  Bertrand Russell called it “fruitful monotony.”   Adam Phillips called it “fertile solitude.”   Walt Whitman called it “loafing.”  The Buddhist tradition describes it simply as presence.  Whatever we may call it,  amid a culture of filling the existential void with cultish  productivity and an endless stream of dopamine-laced  distractions, it is nothing less than a countercultural act of  courage and resistance to enact such states of being  — states in which our inner voice becomes audible,  the voice with which we sing the song of our lives." Social media churns the illusion that it’s not enough to live for our own selves; the idea that something is only worth doing if it‘s seen. — https://t.co/K72mBjXmk8 #ThingsThatMakeYouGoHmm artwork by https://t.co/OWwvW57yRM pic.twitter.com/k9TuRRKrd0 — the artidote (@TheArtidote) February 27, 2020

“These mountains that you’re carrying, you were only supposed to climb.” Najwa Zebian Is Happiness overrated? “Good vibes only” is just plain laziness. Get out from underneath the burden of needing to be happy and positive all the time. That’s too much weight to be carrying around. Take it easy on yourself. Stop being so damn serious. Especially about happiness, positivity, and love. You’re not perfect and you never will be. Neither will anybody else. ... Your “love & light” could use a little “grit & darkness.” Forcing yourself to be positive and happy all the time is just an ego trap set up by the scared-shitless part of you that doesn’t want to face the shitty, shadowy, scary side of life. It’s a strategic safezone propped up by cowardice and weakness. Stop sugarcoating bullshit. Stop demonizing sadness. You cannot be happy all the time. Happiness, like sadness, is a passing storm across the sky of the Sel...
