Biology of Belief ~ Epigenetics Nobody is perfect, yet almost everyone tries to act as though they "have it together". This neurotic false pretense is what divides us from each other and ourselves. If only we could see inside each other's minds and realize that we're all full of similar anxieties, insecurities, compulsions, sadness, false beliefs, and just plain ol' bizarre thoughts! We would awaken to the fact that our ego is a neurotic construct enslaved within a neurotic culture, and that culture is no more than a collectivized consensus about what sort of neurotic behaviors are acceptable.
