Relax, Nothing Is Under Control.
As perspective and consciousness expands, you realize that understanding what someone did doesn't always mean you agree with them, forgiving them doesn't always mean reconnecting and going back to the way things were, and saying no to them doesn't mean you love them less, but you love yourself more. A conscious person lets people be themselves, not trying to change, control, or convince them, not trying to sell or tell them anything, staying within your own boundaries and responsibilities, focusing on your healing and growth journey, and sharing your experiences, insights, and observations to help and remind them, if they ask, if they are receptive or if they are ready to now choose to do their own more nuanced reflections. Never force your opinion on another or offer unsolicited advice and trust that grown ass sovereign beings have their own back anyway, as you have yours. The more you heal, the more inner space you create to hold divergent energy and broader perspective...
